Shipping Policy

Azaan Collection delivers nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and Hyderabad — as well as smaller towns and remote areas served by our courier partners.

Deliveries to remote or hard-to-access areas may take longer than the estimated timeframes below, and in rare cases our courier partner may request an alternate pickup point or a nearby city for handover. We will contact you by phone or WhatsApp if this applies to your order.

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within the following timeframes:

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.): 3–5 business days
• Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days
• Remote or hard-to-access areas: 7–10 business days, courier-dependent

These timeframes are estimates based on our courier partners' standard service levels and are provided as a general guide. Delivery times may be affected by weather, public holidays, or courier network disruptions beyond our control.

Delivery charges are based on the total number of items in your order — order more suits in one go and your delivery cost drops, with free delivery on larger orders. Current rates are shown in the table below and are always confirmed again at checkout before you place your order.

Shipping charges are calculated per order rather than per item — combining items into a single order keeps your overall delivery cost lower than placing several separate orders.

Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

During sale periods or promotional campaigns, processing time may extend slightly due to higher order volume — affected customers will be notified if a delay is expected.

You will receive an order confirmation and a dispatch update via SMS, WhatsApp, or a phone call from our team, along with your courier tracking number once available.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our courier partner will make a reasonable number of delivery attempts (typically up to 2) at the address provided. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make payment at the time of delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts, or an order is refused without a valid reason (such as a wrong or damaged parcel), the order may be returned to us and cancelled. Repeated failed COD deliveries on an account may result in future orders requiring advance payment confirmation.
